The worst experience I have ever had in the Blackpool shop. Been with EE for over 25yrs it was one to one when we got our first phones. We only wanted to change our phones nothing else. (as we have Hawawi and they are being fased out soon) but me and my husband were Bamboozled into getting a complete new contract.3hrs with someone who was only training and did not really know what was what and the fact we got nearly PS30 discount for loyalty in the past did not seem to matter, they just wanted a sale whether you could afford it or not. I have managed to cancel mine but they would not let my husband cancel his saying there was nothing they could do for him he would just have to put up with it. very rude. Just like to point out we are pensioner. and it was only 5 days ago when we were in the shop. I have always understood that with everything purchased you had a cooling off period, apparently EE the shop says not. I am taking it further but after the very bad treatment we had in the shop I am now going to cancel our broadband and landlines and transferring to UW who have been very helpful. AVOID EE IF YOU CAN THEY ARE ALSO ONE OF THE DEAREST

Pathetic service by the staff over there. I was lured into a sim only contract for 2 years with a discount which wasn’t given at all and then a representative named Thomas there, offered a discount of 30% for a broadband which wasn’t given too at the end of month. Also confirmed this through helpline. They’re totally lying to customers.

Helpful staff as always. If you ever have a problem with your phone they are more than willing to help. Went in Thursday morning to talk about and upgrade and got a new broadband/sky TV package saving me PS50 a month. Thanks EE Blackpool you are highly recommended
