Honestly don’t waste your time going in. Having trouble with my brand new phone, 6 staff all stood around chatting, I was the only customer in the store, after 5 minutes one staff member l approached me, didn’t even bother to take a look at my phone before telling me there was nothing he could do (how he knew this without looking at it I have no idea, magic?) and telling me to go home and call the EE call centre. Turns out EE had sent me a broken sim, problem was resolved in 15 minutes over the phone but I would absolutely love to know what the point in the store is. What a wasted journey and absolutely pathetic excuse for customer service. How can you argue to save the high street when this is the attitude you get from retail workers. Lazy. Lazy. Lazy.

Not great for what I wanted I had a text telling me that I could get a new phone because I have been on sim only. I just wanted to lower my 20 data and have a new phone but it would end up costing me more. When my other half changed her phone at the same time she had a new phone and 4gbsim card and it is costing her PS20 so it doesn’t seem fair when am paying, PS25.69 for just 20gb sim only so when I was sent a message from ee I went to the shop and they couldn’t help me. I only wanted to drop my 20gb to4gb and up grade my phone and for less money and less GB sim can anyone help me with this issue please. Marcus.

Disappointed first visit to the store. I’ve been an EE customer for many years and have always been impressed with their professional and welcoming well trained staff. Unfortunately not the impression given by the female staff member today. She was uninterested and unprofessional in dealing with an upgrade, I left disappointed. I later rang EE customer service on 150 from my mobile. I placed the order for my upgrade which is being delivered tomorrow. Now that’s how it’s done, so helpful and easy. Well done customer services. Try my advice ring 150 (they were even cheaper than the EE shop).
