Bright, cheerful expert and helpful young staff. Just don’t expect ‘phone calls to be answered, ( all at front of shop) but they will eventually answer voicemail messages. Spent a lot of time answering questions and looking up information for me.

I was recently in within the last 2 weeks to get a replacement sim and new data sim add on. I was served by Matthew I believe he was called. The service by Matthew was 10/10 and I can firmly say he is a credit to the EE brand. Knowledgeable, helpful and also good banter to chat with. Especially with sorting me out with a replacement sim after getting my phone stolen in Amsterdam. Thank you for the great service.
Extremely nice staff, them being the face of the company made me see how they focus on customer service which in turn made me sign up for more! The manager and Pedro were absolutely brilliant and made sure everything was sorted for me. If only every company could adopt the same standard. Thanks guys
