2 Weeks ago I went into the store to change my phone as was up for renewal. Was served by Anil. As there are no phones on display I went with this advice and ended up with a S20 Plus. When I returned home after doing some research found that I could get the S20FE for less a month and for me this phone would have all I needed. I returned to the store 2 days later to exchange the phone. But was told that I would have to return in 5 days time when the phone would be in store. Which I did. Only to be told that I would get the phone refunded but would not be able to take the new phone that day and the refund could take 5 days through. Was reassured by Sully that I would get a call as soon as could have new phone. Guess what still waiting. Previously a loyal EE Customer but sadly no longer.

I was welcomed by Zak when I walked into the East Grinstead store on Monday. I explained that I was maybe edging towards a Samsung from an iPhone and he explained the benefits of both handsets clearly. He was very polite, approachable and smiley even after my 101 questions. He was extremely helpful and nothing was too much really. Very knowledgeable. Probably not being the easiest customer he definitely dealt with me very Well! Well done Zak from Caroline

Went into the store to upgrade. Started the process. They said there was an error with the system and they need to fill out a form and it will take 48 hours to complete. Worst customer service I’ve ever had. No one was remotely Interested in helping at all. All they wanted was for us to leave. They also said no one will be able to upgrade you for at least 48 hours. That was a lie. I went home called EE and I am now upgraded. Pathetic people in the store
