Visited the store yesterday to get an easy to use mobile for my elderly mother in law. A new member of staff ( Chris ) attended to us and the guy was brilliant to deal with, very knowledgeable for a new recruit and a really pleasant, chatty demeanor. Keep it up Chris you’re a credit to the shop.
Has to visit ee Ek store today and the young female worker today was excellent. Explained in simple terms for me the technical issues I was having with my mobile. I was very impressed. Also provided excellent information in explaining options for upgrade. First class service all round
