I went to the exmouth branch intending to get a new phone and/or booster and some help with bills. Didnt get a smile when I said hello, and I had to repeat myself endlessly…in the end I asked the guy if he was ok, he was being so slow, and which answer would he like do that we could just move on!
He couldnt tell me anything about my contract and was extrenely uninterested in looking anything up- I had to prompt him several times. In the end i gave up. Ruined the fun i was looking forward to.

Funnily enough, my dad just emailed me about the 0/10 customer service he had and it was the same guy!!
Save yourself the bother and go to eceter branch!!

Staff were so very rude and didn’t want to serve they just wanted to chat with friends and colleagues what they were doing at the weekend. The manager told the customer to be quiet and said that he did know wat he was talking about and to be quiet if he wanted any help. He also told an old man if he didn’t want to be helped then he should leave the shop. l was discussed by the way the 4 young men (staff ) Spoke to the customers and treated them like dirt. l will never ever set foot in that ee store ever again. and would never recommend it to anybody . If you need help then either go to another store or phone yr EE help line .

I would like to say a massive THANK YOU to Ian who is at the Exmouth Branch. I had an appointment this afternoon & he was amazing. Very patient, very professional & at no point made me feel like I was a nuisance for taking up so much of his time. He fixed my problem & deserves a pat on the back
