On the recommendation of a friend, I went into EJ Cellphone Repair on West Broadway in Kitsilano. I had a problem with my charging port or battery and thought I might have to buy a new iPhone since apple is not good at fixing their problems, only upgrading. Anyway, the gentleman I spoke to and who helped me was Chris Wang. He and his colleague were kind, professional, patient and knowledgable and after a very short time offered a repair solution for me. I agreed and he had my phone fixed within an hour from that time. I was very pleased and will definitely go back if I have any other problems with my phone or computers. I will also recommend them to anyone who wants an honest appraisal and solution to a problem which will save them time, energy and money. I love that they fix rather than recycle or trash useful products. Thank you so much Chris!

Still highly recommend! My laptop died and while they couldn’t fix it, they didn’t charge for the diagnosis and also kept me from spending an obscene amount having them transfer the data to an external. Instead they pulled the HD and made it into an external and sold me a used laptop they were repairing for a very reasonable price. Laptop is perfect and just what I need, I didn’t need anything fancy. And lucky for me, also has a number pad which I prefer. Everything worked for the best and this place is not only reasonably priced, they’re very honest. Not just phone repair. Also six month warranty on my laptop.

Convenient location, quick response, and they fixed my hardware problem with my old iPad. It was a physical button issue and was very pleased they were able to deal with it for me for a fair price. Haven’t had the problem since.

This place is the best! They have helped me multiple times… at my latest visit, I got a phone case, and then my phone company told me a few days later that they had sent me the wrong phone. Chris happily replaced it with no charge, even though I no longer had the box or the receipt! He was also the one to introduce me to a particular kind of case to which you can attach a “finger ring” so I no longer drop my phone regularly. I won’t go anywhere else!
