Avoid Avoid Avoid. I took my iPhone 14 pro in for a simple rear glass replacement. Phone was working perfectly with 100% battery. On handing it over they commented that it was a bit hot. I checked it, and it was normal, strange. When I collected it an hour later and turned it on there was only 40% battery, and 15 mins later it was down to 10% and overheating. I took it to the Apple Store in Battersea who said that the warranty was now invalid (they would’ve repaired it for PS79 if I’d gone straight there) but wouldn’t touch it now. They also said there was a good chance they’ve taken out some of the original parts to sell, and damaged the logic board by over heating it. I rang and asked for a refund and was told that it was already faulty when I brought it in. That it was already hot. Everything clicked. I now realised how naive I had been. They always knew they were going to damage it and did it anyway. They asked for cash up front (which thankfully I didn’t do, and will be claiming back from my bank). I cannot encourage you strongly enough to avoid this outfit at all costs. They should be shut down.

Appalling. Avoid at all costs! I had the screen replaced on my mobile – my phone screen no longer works, calls mean my screen goes completely white, the screen is now fractured and flickering. Went back three times they refused to give me a refund and the phone is now completely redundant. Spoke to the manager Usman and he could not have been more unhelpful, rude and unapologetic. Awful. Paid in cash too. If you have a screen repair that you need do not go to this shop. Take it somewhere reputable where they accept cards. Am pursing them through the trading standards and have made Love Wimbledon aware.

I strongly advise against using this shop for phone repair. After having my IPhone battery replaced, a dark ring started to grow on the edges of my screen. I took the phone back in 2 days later. Despite the promise of a ‘6 month warranty’ they refused to take responsibility for the damage. After reading the other negative reviews, it’s now clear to me that these guys are not building their business on customer satisfaction. I will now go to an Apple authorised service, which is what I should have done in the first place. What a bummer.
