I have used Electrocare for various repairs and replacement appliances for years and have been happy with their service. They’re very knowledgeable.

A little disappointed in their aftercare recently, however, after a ‘B Stock’ dryer, purchased from them, broke down after three weeks. I contacted them and was advised to contact the manufacturer myself. I bought locally for a more personal and easier experience should repairs be needed. Had I known, I could have bought a pristine appliance online for slightly cheaper. Not sure where the added value is, for the customer?

Fab service, thank you so much! My washing machine broke down (again) Sunday evening, so we decided it was finally time to get a new one. Popped into Electrocare in Thirsk on Monday mid morning, and before teatime I had a new machine delivered and installed at home!
Saleslady was really helpful and explained the options really well, the prices were competitive and the delivery, installation and collection of the old machine was great too.
I love to shop local and like a good deal too. Will be back again as it’s a win win at Electrocare!

A huge thankyou to both Paul and Darren for their prompt help and advice after my cooker main oven door fell of my Zanussi. On Paul’s suggestion I took the door into the shop where Darren said it could be sorted very easily and quickly. He booked me in for Tues afternoon but as he had time today he arrived and I’m pleased to say the door is fully functional
