The WORST experience of my life. I went there to get a simple screen replacement for an iphone. I was excited about the special pricing they had and was ready to recommend this place to most of my friends. they replaced it with a bad quality screen that made my phone look dull and the screen protector was also bad. i went there again complaining about the low quality of the new screen and the man working there was very rude about it. He told me to upgrade to a better screen and pay an extra 70cad. I said no, because I entrusted them with my phone screen and was expecting the new screen, which they fixed the day before to have a good quality. I have been to many phone places over the years and none of them had this kind of quality ( very bad quality). I then demanded for them to fix my old screen back on, because I would rather have a cracked screen than the “new” screen they fixed on mine. And I also wanted a refund, since I really felt taken advantage of and SCAMMED. The person I was talking to and “arguing” with was soo rude and unprofessional. He then agreed to fix back my old screen, but still didn’t give me a full refund (only gave me 80cad back instead of the 103cad i paid) After he put back my old screen, before he gave me my phone back he wanted my receipt. He then tore up the receipt and tossed it in the garbage and when I asked why he did that he got so angry and agitated for no reason. I then found out that my old screen wasn’t functioning at all ( which im pretty sure he knew, and thats why he tore up the receipt, so that I didnt have any proof) I couldnt make any calls, couldnt touch my screen, couldn’t do anything with it. He then told me that i had no proof that it worked before. The only person who treated me with respect in that shop was the other employee, who is the main guy fixing the phones i think, he suggested a solution. he fixed my screen with another broken screen, however the microphone for calls isn’t working anymore. Honestly, I would have been better off with my old very damaged screen that still had all the functions. Going to this shop made EVERYTHING WORSE and I am sure did lasting DAMAGES to my phone. Another thing i DID NOT appreciate was the front person pulling down his mask whenever he had to say something. I felt so disrespected in this shop and i wont recommend this place to ANYONE. Customer Service, very bad! This place does not know how to talk to people.

the technician and the clerk at shop are totally terrible. i paid 80cad for repairing me phone. but the technician can not fix my phone and didn’t offer refund back . it’s a fraud . in the end i argue with them they only give me 40 dollars back .The rest money they didn’t give me . and ask me to get my cellphone is in another shop in person. i gonna take the metro in high risk under covid-19. they do not get my cell phone back and my cell phone is still broken . poor shop . i went the shop which is located at atewater station and they ask me to pay here and i went to place des art station to repaire it and i can get my phone repaired in one day. but they didn’t repaire in one day . even after one week i wanna get my phone back i still need to take metro to pick it and they did’nt give my full refund back .i gonna take metro to pick my broken phone and pay them 40 dollar inpection fee. terrible!!!!!!!

ur service attitude was terrible . my phone can not get repaired . that’s definitely not my fault . why u treat your customer in this rude way. i should be that bad luck person to takeover your bad servise attitude??? ur technicians have immature profession that’s not my fault . why i need to buy immature skill?? u should send ur technicians to training school .why i still need to pay for such terrible skill ??? ur technicians are lack of profession which is not my fault why i should pay for it . you talked to me like i owe u money . u owe me money actually ,all because ur technician lack of profession skill. so i just want to get my full refund back. you ask me to leave your store which is the way : go go go ~~ go away. what the worst service attitude i ‘ve never met before.

Bad experience with 2 consecutive repair orders:

I brought in my Samsung Galaxy A70 to replace the charging port and audio jack which were damaged by rust/water damage. They replaced it but the replacement did not work.
To their credit, they offered to replace it with another piece, but I had to go back to them and complain.

My second order was a screen replacement for a slightly cracked but still functional screen. They charged me 190 dollars (a samsung galaxy A70 screen replacement kit is 75 dollars on amazon) and they used some third party (non official) cheap screen that now makes my phone randomly flash at full brightness. The new “screen replacement” also has huge bezels and less available screen area, and the colors are off.

At this point I’m going to have to eat my losses and just buy a new phone. I spent enough money on this one and they just made it worse. They vastly overcharge for pieces, and instead of ordering quality pieces, they pick the cheapest third party pieces they can find online.
