Possibly the least customer friendly shop i’ve ever been in. Aside from the abrupt signs hanging up stating their unwillingness to replace or refund any unwanted items, this was also drilled into me when buying a bulb. Apparently, an exchange, should me bulb not fit was out of the question. This combined with taking a phone call mid way through our conversation left me a little speechless. I’m all for shopping local but i’ll most definitely be shopping elsewhere in future.

I sent Alan an email late last night as my fan oven heater element had died, he replied first thing this morning saying he had one in stock. Upon collection Alan tested the old one which was proven to be 100% dead, he also tested the new one before I left the shop with it. Very good service and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others.

Very professional and honest business. Took my dyson vacuum cleaner in for repair. The gentleman checked it, cleaned the filter and showed me how to do clean the filter properly. He solved the problem without charging me. Will definitely use this business again and highly recommend.
