To be honest I found the staff ok . I bought a monitor splitter for PS25.00 quid took it home tried it and it wasn’t the correct one. Took it back to the shop about 20 minutes later . And asked could it be changed or could I get something else or a credit note . The replied just a direct no. Over the years I bought quite a few items from the shop and had no issues at all. Will I buy anything in the shop again to be honest I’m not really sure.I have to ad a bit of an update because of Brexit I could not order any batteries for my cameras. So I ordered them through the shop the guys couldn’t have done enough I’m well pleased. A few weeks ago I left in an old studio monitor it was buzzing like hell. So I left it in the shop and after two weeks I got a call to say that it was ready to collect. It’s all good now my opinion of this shop has changed. Ther guys could not have been more helpful. I went into buy a microphone and headland and XLR cable. The price was reasonable the microphone is brilliant. In the past I had some issues as mentioned sbove. But their service has really is great and I look forward to buying more equipment in the future thanks guys for all your help and support

I recently had the pleasure of shopping at The Electronic Centre Belfast, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! I was greeted by friendly and attentive staff member (the manager), who made me feel right at home.

They had a wide selection of products that catered to my needs. Whether it was the helpful recommendations from the knowledgeable staff or the fantastic variety of items on display.

I ended up finding the perfect Pioneer deck and Mixer that I had been searching for, and it exceeded my expectations in terms of quality and price. The checkout process was quick and hassle-free, and the staff even offered to help me carry my purchase to my car.

Overall, my visit to The Electronic Centre was a delightful experience, and I left with a smile on my face and a fantastic new set of CDJ 3000’s and DJM A9 Mixer in hand. I can’t recommend this shop enough, and I’ll definitely be returning. Thank you for providing such exceptional service and products!

Great selection of headphones (my main purchase) but they have a good selection of other audio devices, including DJ controllers etc.

I was met with a very friendly, helpful and knowledge employee and although my ideal purchase was out of my price range, we found a very good alternative. They are nothing compared to old HD800 but they are still fantastic, the lows are good, mids okay but highs can get messy when theres a lot of mids and lows.
JVC brand PS25 – bargain if you ask me.
