I was a bit scared to send my laptop via mail to Berlin for a repair. But I was hopeless. I had damaged and burned the motherboard of my Asus Zenbook. And frankly, I thought I could throw my laptop away. But I was so attached to it, and had many files on it. So when I heard of the guys at Electronic Loop I decided to take a gamble. I am happy I did.

From the beginning the service and contact was great. They informed me of the status the whole time: when they had received my laptop, that they were ordering parts, etc. It Iook a little while (2 months from when I send it till I got it back, due to the fact they had to order extra parts) they fixed it! Above all, it was very affordable (150 euros). A repair at the manufacturer for example would have been much more expensive.
