Had an issue with the washing machine’s emergency drain tube retracting, rendering it inaccessible and caused a leak. Was lucky to get an engineer from Electronic Services within 4 days to fix our machine hassle free.

The engineer was very polite, punctual and professional and provided an easy to understand recommendation to prevent the same issue from recurring again. Note this was a weekend job – it’s great there are professionals who are able to help!

My Samsung TV stopped working but was in warranty so arranged for it to be collected and repaired. It all went very smoothly and easily, my only slight criticism was the length of time it took to be returned – 10 days – but maybe we are all too much in a rush these days? Very helpful and pleasant staff.
