Incompetence personified. Avoid at all cost.

Went here to repair a cracked pixel 5 just. Though they repaired the screen, the earpiece stopped working. After tacitly denying responsibility and passing me around all their colleagues (Kazeem, the owner, Usman and Mois, the phone destroyer) over a 3 week period, I was eventually accused of giving them a damaged phone (specifically, by a guy called Mois – apologies if I spelt that wrong).

If you run out of options and have to use this repair shop, make sure they sign off every functionality possible. I SUSPECT they use the phone to train their staff.

Had a mobile screen repaired. Wasn’t exactly done to the best standard as the bezel was also damaged. If we had been advised of this during repair, we would have had this done as well to make the replacement screen fit better. There is also a lack of awareness from staff as to who actually works at the business and you’ll have to call to find out what is happening with your handset. Don’t be surprised if they have no clue as to what you are referring to. Also you are better off going in store rather than talking on the phone and make sure you get a receipt for any items you drop off as this can cause confusion.

Awful – Poor customer service, very cheap Chinese parts that will break again. Changed iphone 6 screen – was faulty right there in the shop so they changed it again. Same problem a few weeks later and they said there was nothing I could do but pay another 65 quid.
Do yourself a favour go to ifix store in Ilford instead. The guy there showed me the poor quality screen they used and said that they had left several screws out while re-assembling. Wouldn’t trust these cowboys with my stuff again.
