I was looking around online for a power supply for my laptop as the original one was damaged, having looked around I saw Electrowise in Newton Abbot, I phoned them and was given several options, I left it for a while and eventually I went into the Shop, I spoke to a really helpful young Man called Laurance, I explained that I wanted a power supply for my H.P. laptop he showed me a supply with adjustable voltage, I looked at what he showed me and I asked ok how much, when he said PS19-99 I immediately said Sold as other prices online were PS40-00 or more, I would definitely recommend this place as they really know what’s What.

Everyone that I dealt with at Electrowise (via email and in person) were extremely friendly, professional and reassuring that my PC was in good hands. I was experiencing problems with an expensive laptop which I was certain would be the end of it, but Electrowise took in my machine, diagnosed and repaired (with an upgrade!) within a few days.

Communication was fantastic, they kept me updated by phone and email, and explained all options available to me and made sure I understood what needed to be done.
