I am a foreigner living in Berlin and do not speak the local language. From the moment I entered the store, the shop owner welcomed me warmly and with a smile. I received exceptional service above and beyond. After living in Berlin for almost a year, I found a place that provides service unlike any other place I have encountered here. They do not compromise on the level of professionalism and offer prices that are fair to everyone.
Last month, I took my old poco phone there for repairs and while i was there i had a nice chat with the owner. He conveyed to me the exact condition of my phone in *english and it helped me to deal with the problem.. So based on my experience. I think it’s a cool spot to recommend,, especially for international students!*. plus, the owner is super experienced and a really nice person.
The best place to repair a phone! I was extremly satisfied on my first visit and went back to repair my disfunctional laptop, owner didn’t disapoint! My go to place to repair my electonic devices. I also bought a charger and phone cover , great price. I can only recommend!
