I recently got my screen protector changed here about a month ago, as my previous class one had cracked. I got serviced by I believe the young female worker. I asked her to change it – assuming she would replace it with the same one I had previously put on at this location (the glass ~$35 one) – but when I went to pay I realised she put the most expensive one (uv glass ~$45 one) without asking me. I paid it regardless but in less than a week air bubbles formed around the perimeter of my screen – because it was not applied properly! I went back eventually and they changed it for free but again I am noticing the same issues of air bubbles/gaps around the perimeter of my screen and near the camera. I am hugely dissapointed. I’ve had my screen cover replaced here before but now twice in a row I have this issue. I also believe the workers got glue on my volume and power buttons because since I have been here they do not work properly and get stuck when I press them!!! I have a phone case so there is no chance something else could’ve gotten in.

All I can say is WOW! Exactly what you want in a phone repair store. I’m METICULOUS about my screen protectors to the point of ridiculousness (I even have a green light to highlight any dust particles that may get stuck under the glass). I have, on many occasions, asked other repair stores to re-do their work because of a tiny bit of dust that most people wouldn’t even be able to see. Elephone are fantastic! Quick service, but not to the point of rushing the job just to get you out and onto the next customer. No air-bubbles at all, perfectly aligned and definitely not a speck of dust once I checked under my green light once I got home. INCREDIBLY happy with my new screen protector. Awesome work and you can be sure that I will be telling all my friends and family where to go when you need a new screen protector. Thank you so much!!!
