Amazing local business. Tim is super helpful every time with any of my laptop issues for the past few years.

First time was to get my laptop screen replaced on my Dell inspiron 15 7000. At the time along with the screen the bottom part was also cracked and opened they advised me it was just cosmetics and it would not be worth to fix it in terms of price. So very reasonable with pricing and does not try to overcharge customers.

My last visit was for my MacBook, I was getting heating issues and they were able to narrow down the problem with their thermal camera scanner and helped me fix that as well.

I brought my laptop here to get my on/off button fixed and the owner told me he’d take a look at it and call back to quote me. He quoted me $300 and I wasn’t expecting it to cost that much so I didn’t go through with it. I picked up my laptop a few days later and a friend offered to fix it for me. When he opened it up, the motherboard was smashed and some parts were missing. I don’t usually leave reviews but wanted to share this so it doesn’t happen to others. Don’t be fooled by the five star reviews – pretty sure the owner uses customer’s google accounts to leave good reviews. Also, the owner is dishonest and replies to negative reviews saying that he cannot find their names in their records. Save your tech and DON’T come to this repair shop.

I’ve known about Elite Computers for many years but have never been there or used them before.
I took both my laptops to the store & Tim was absolutely fantastic. He called me with a quote & explained what he / they could do to get the best out of the 2 laptops. Especially as one of them is quite a few years old. He also detected something & even made a house call to check out our internet & the issue. Fantastic service, great communication & very friendly & helpful. Can’t thank Tim enough :))
