Amazing Service!

My laptops HDD gave in and being left without a laptop was disconcerting. After looking around I decided to us ElpaTech and I am so GLAD I did. Nervous at first because it was my first time using a local company but Ed and his team were amazing, they reassured me through their technical knowledge, found and resolved the issue in a very short space of time due to myself going away at an amazing price. I will certainly be using them again for any future technical issues and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them.

They went above and beyond what someone at a national computer store would and didn’t have to send the device away, they gave me several option to simply replace or upgrade (Which I asked for) and specified everything I needed to know about the pro’s and con’s.

For someone who like myself is tech-savvy Ed and his team were able to help me understand the issue and also how to fix it in the future by explaining the causes, measure to take to negate them and if needs be how to rectify the issue. They even fixed a problem I had grown to live with in the form of a STARTUP POPUP from software which I never used.

I can not explain how happy I am with the service, a local company doing honest hard work.

Ed at ElpaTech is the most patient, knowledgeable and trustworthy person you could hope to deal with. When you’re making expensive decisions about things you don’t understand (if you’re an IT novice like me) that’s exactly what you need.

ElpaTech installed a new SSD to our old laptop during lockdown and gave it another 4 years of life and now they’ve helped swap over all our data onto our new laptop and given great, free advice about what cloud storage we should/could choose.

Ed answered all my questions clearly and didn’t try to push any extra services (unlike Curry’s).

Dropped off my desktop pc for analysis of a display issue and for a noisy fan replacement. Ed called back later in the afternoon with the results of the analysis and price for the fan replacement.
