We wanted to upgrade our 10 year old Dell computer but daunted by the process, we needed some serious hand holding. Our previous computer guru had emigrated and recommended Jon. Jon came to our house, reviewed our requirements and configured a replacement machine which Dell delivered the next day! Jon returned and moved all our programs & data to the new machine. Once we’d settled down with it we invited him round again for some fine tuning. A very professional, friendly and calming experience, reasonable priced too. Highly recommended.

Jon responded to our message quickly and we arranged an appointment to see us at home. He arrived punctually. He soon reassured us and got to work on our Mac Desktop. He more than fulfilled our expectations and the job was soon done without fuss. We had some issues, but Jon went above and beyond, even popping home to bring us his personal adapter to show us how it worked. So we were able to buy one of our own……..problem solved!
