Absolutely amazing staff who really really know their stuff! Ferzi helped me build a quote for a uni computer for graphic design, video editing, animation, and artwork for my sister. Not only did he make sure the best quality parts were in there, but he also provided another quote that was the same cost and would surpass the first for performance and efficiency. He really thought about each part and designed the system for the purpose it was intended for, it wasn’t just thrown together for the sake of a quote/sale. When I asked for clarification he explained each decision to me and not only did it make sense but it was very clear he cared that my sister got the best experience possible out of using the computer, and that it would be an amazing computer for a long time to come. Honestly cannot say I’ve ever had a better experience with a computer store, he was fantastic and when I get a new build I will for sure be coming to him in the future because I know he will handle it better than anywhere else – and I trust his opinion and judgement to bring me the best possible outcome as well.

I wouldn’t usually leave a review but these people are not honest repairers. I took my laptop to this shop and they charged me 55$ just to look at it. All they did was take off the back panel, only to tell me it wasn’t worth fixing and I should buy one of their new ones. I took my laptop to another computer shop in Melton south where they fixed my laptop and it is now good as new. When I was leaving Emagineering another person told me the same thing had happened to him. If you want to get your Apple product fixed don’t go to these people they are more interested in selling Apple products then fixing them.
