I had my laptop screen issues. There was some moving lines. It seems there was some loose connection. They kept my laptop after two days technician rang me stated that there could be fault from graphic card and would cost more than $100. I told him i will not spend hundred dollars on old laptop but there could be loose connection and can be fixed easily. But he didn’t check anything. When i went back to collect my laptop they charged me $5 for doing nothing. Then i take the laptop to other technician and finally he discovered it had loose connection and charged me only $30 and returned the laptop with in an hour.
This is the second time they have saved and recovered all the data off a external hard disk drive with a “fatal error”. They were friendly, and welcomed me in and took care of my problem in a relatively short time. Will definitely come back for any computer issues.
Very fast and friendly group of guys who were able to fix my 2015 XPS Dell laptop that was having graphics card driver issues. Good communication and reasonable price. Will return with future tech problems.
