Awful experience. Came in to get the screen of a phone fixed, it was cracked and would occasionally go off. I spoke to the owner who told me that I would have to wait a few days for the screen to be fixed, as he would need to order in the correct screen, that he assured me was the proper screen for the phone.

I waited until he could fit the proper screen, which didn’t take him long. However, in the process of fixing the screen he had put a new screen on that was clearly not for the right phone. He had also broken the volume down button, and not fixed the error of the screen randomly turning off.

I paid PS90 for him to put a cheap screen on the phone and break parts of the phone in the process.

To add to this he would not contact when the phone was ready, so have fun trying to guess when the repair is done.

The owner did say he would fix the issue of the volume button, however I would not trust the phone to be taken here again.

Would only recommend going here if you want your device to be broken further.

I took my HP tablet in for a BIOS password removal but they had it all weekend and then when I finally got it back all they did was reset windows which I can easily do myself BUT they still didn’t remove the BIOS password and I was left disappointed and upset that the job wasn’t done properly and they charged me 30 quid for a simple reset of windows that I could do myself but wasn’t the issue I was having because I can’t access the BIOS with the administrator password on it so I would not recommend this place again after my experience today.

We took this phone to this shop first time and they fixed it for us and it took 2 hours to repair, they are absolutely awful I would never go back then we took it to another phone shop as it broke again and the guy at another shop found out they didn’t put the screws back into the phone and the phone was breaking more cause they did half a job and this other guy took 30 minutes to fix!
