After reading all the reviews on this site and after my own experience with a DJ mixer that needed repair, I can firmly recommend Mark for anyone needing electronics repair that falls within his purview. Begin by understanding the technical skill required for these repairs, that he is often (perhaps always) working alone and that repairs are nearly always time sensitive. Patience is required for good craftsmanship. I was happy to see him at the office to talk instead of over the phone/ email when it seemed he was busy. Mark shared the diagnosis in two separate phone calls with assurances of his timeline which he followed. He is a kind, caring local business owner who I will continue to patronize and recommend others to do the same.

Mark fixed a bad fader on my Presonus Studiolive digital mixing board and did it quickly and at a very reasonable price.
