I can’t recommend Andy enough! He went over and above a normal service for my PC repair. He was very knowledgeable, professional, helpful, friendly and most importantly – fixed the problem! He answered my message within the hour even though it was out of his working hours, and worked late so I had my computer back as early as possible. He did additional things to my computer to update it and included some extras free of charge but his charges are so reasonable and fair, particularly with the no fix, no fee. Also comes with a year’s guarantee. He was super quick and explained everything and went through everything in detail when I picked it up so I knew what I was doing when I got home. He’ll definitely be my ‘go to’ for any other problems. Highly recommended.
