As a musician I need my laptop in a working condition all year round. I started to have major problems and being a MacBook I was really worried at the cost for the repair. I just randomly googled and this shop came up so I called him expecting the worst. After speaking to the owner I was blown away how nice he was and such a professional. Afterwards, I went down to the store and he basically saved me hundreds of pounds by guiding me and even printed me off a ‘to do list’ and told me what to do so I would save money? I mean who does that????
I went home did what he told me, even got stuck and called him and again he helped me and took time out for me and job done! I even bought two chargers and left my card at home and he didn’t bat an eye lid and I paid him later.. I will definitely be going back for anything IT/phone related in the future. Always support your local area (even though it’s not mine) but I will be going back and I highly recommend him.. keep up the good work in these tough times mate And thank you

Terrible service, for a number of reasons:
Firstly, very rude person. Seems to shout when he speaks – no customer service skills whatsoever.
Secondly, asked to repair an iPhone screen. Left it with the shop for repair, came back and the phone was worse off than before?!

This guy is amazing. He fixed my phone and replaced battery in just a couple of hours.
I really need a new phone, had this one ages. Definitely going back there to buy my new one.
