These guys provide a great end to end service and we are extremely happy. When looking for a new coffee machine they were recommended by JURA and they really impressed us with their service, making the trip down to Frankfurt several times to sort out some small problems.
This led us to choosing them to replace our fridge-freezer, induction stove and oven. They saved us a lot of money as they found a super solution for replacing our broken extractor fan (see picture), in comparison to other firms that suggested we replace the entire kitchen. You can trust them 100%.

Die Firma Euronic Hilgenberg in Butzbach ist mir schon vor einem Jahr durch guten Service positiv aufgefallen. Heute wieder: vor ca.3 Wochen einen neuen Einbaukuhlschrank bestellt. Heute wie vereinbart punktlich nach Giessen geliefert, schnell und gewissenhaft eingebaut und den alten zur Entsorgung mitgenommen. Super freundliche und kompetente Mitarbeiter. Fazit: alles bestens, Note 1!
Super schnelle Lieferung. Alles war so gut mit Sterophor verpackt, dass ich den smeg Wasserkocher bis nach Spanien weiterschicken konnte. Das Gerat hat den Transport unbeschadet uberstanden, da die Kiste auch entsprechend gekennzeichnet war. Mein Geschenk wurde schon in Spanien benutzt und funktioniert einwandfrei. Danke auch fur den unschlagbar guten Preis!
