After responding to this review, they gave my money back without any issues. Thanks for that, decent move that merits an increase in star rating. Will consider coming back now and hope service will improve in the future.

AVOID!!! Do yourself a favour and buy your electronics elsewhere as the staff in this shop is slow, incompetent and rude.
I called ahead to buy a VGA to HDMI adapter. They didn’t have it, rudely explained that I should buy a “proper” monitor with good signal instead of converting a lower quality signal and reluctantly ordered one for me saying that it would arrive the next day and they would call when it arrived. They called 2 days later in the evening when it was definitely too late to pick it up. When I went there on DAY 3, they had ordered a HDMI to VGA Converter which was not what I asked for and told me yet again that I should buy a proper monitor. I had to argue with them yet again, took the overpriced converter home and then realised it was the wrong input / output direction so completely useless for me. NEVER AGAIN. I now ordered the adaptor I need online for a fraction of the price. This shop is pointless!

I went to the store on March 20 to get a shaver charger. I was informed that they do not have it in the store and I can order it from them.
After payment and providing the phone number, a week has passed and there are no messages from the store.
I needed this charger, the very fact that they can’t call the customer is outrageous.
On March 20, friendly service, but on March 27 not anymore. They couldn’t even explain why I wasn’t informed that they already had a charger in the store….

Why do electronics stores close? I’ll tell you why. I went to this store, looking for ear buds. The employee 1 spoke no English and asked for help. The employee 2 had only one model to offer and when I asked if he had more he simply said no we don’t. OK bye.

It’s the blunt (and sometimes aggressive and rude) way of many Germans of treating others which make them bad sellers, unhelpful and time wasters.

PS. got amazing new ear buds on an online store 😀
