In principle, we as a family are very happy with this store, which is the only one of this size in the area (Munich’s or Weilheim’s MediaMarkt stores are the nearest competitors).
Prices may be a little bit higher than online on average, but when it was about some of the bigger investments (like washing machine, tumbler, TVs …) the staff was very competent and helped us significantly to come to a good decision for us. On hindsight all of these decisions proved to be the right ones, so it was definitely justified to pay a little bit extra.

However, not all of the staff members are equally competent/helpful and in one situation (warranty case) I was left alone, i.e., had to contact the manufacturer myself to get a replacement. This was justified with “the manufacturer wants it that way” – nevertheless, it added cost/effort on my side and was, strictly speaking, against German law. A written complaint to the management remained unanswered.

I consider this as a one-off, but together with the unavailability of some smaller standard items at times it leads me to 4/5 stars “only”.

It didn’t have much of what I wanted. The workers referred me to online bussiness. That I should make orders on internet. It’s far, and not with much things needed. That put me off. So it should style up!!

Quite the Electronic store, where u find so many things, from laptops, desktops, to HDMI cables.
I went in to get an adapter, went out with several powerbanks, and a nice fluffy bear 🙂
