Brought a Epson printer n scanner through amazon. This company have sent without writing street name and house number on it. It is strange that how they sent without writing these details in Germany eventhough I have provided complete address. 00340434168181151161 dhl tracking number. Using Amazon since 2013, never faced this issue with Amazon before except with this seller. Worst part is this seller updated status of the order as delivered in Amazon. Really strange. I want my complete refund.
