I was so unpleasantly surprised. It was 3 pm, big store was completely without buyers. Minimum 6 employers inside, I came in middle and ask one middle-age, muscular employee for help to find low priced smartphone. He started smiling in my face then laudly called young college and yelled: ” this guy wants a cheap handy”, on German, still laughing to my face. Young man showed me 2 models without any wish to explain me a differences. They are not top but still 170EUR and for some people ( including me) , lot of money. There was some other sneers on my questions about display protection and types of payments. I could not take it any more, I thanked and get home. Hope they go out of Business. Shame on them!!!

We ordered 2 large TVs and they couldn’t get delivered at the same time. They decided to use DHL as the logistics company. Horrible shipping experience with unexpected delays, taking longer than 5 business days. I recommend using Amazon instead.
