Fantastic service! I came in looking for an iPhone 6s for a gift and the lady who served me was great – she took care of everything. I was shown several different devices and allowed to try them all out to check for damage and battery condition. They were all in great nick so in the end I just chose based on colour. They were clearly determined to provide me with the exactly what I needed. She also gave me a great price and included a lovely case that I picked out and even a new SIM. It was just such a positive retail experience which I feel has to be recognised! I got the impression this is a family-run business and they clearly take pride in their service. Great little place. Can’t recommend enough.

Terrible service. They could not unlock a phone after claiming that it would be quite simple. They did not have the correct knowledge or skills. They attempted to unlock my phone more than 5 times and mishandling the phone, using the wrong software. The phone is now permanently damaged because of these people. They are a fraud and scam.

For the last at least ten years I’ve been having my phones from here from the cheapest to the most expensive and ive never had a problem. Always polite and honest when it comes to upgrades tells you honest opinions not like other phone shops that try everything to get you to buy more expensive phones. I would highly recommend to anyone.
