I went to the store to repair the connection to my charger and the diagnosis was the resolder of the connection on the motherboard and a new charger, with less than a month I had to go back because the notebook stopped charging again and I paid again for a service that should have already been done, in addition to the amount paid was included the internal cleaning of the notebook and the replacement of the thermal paste in the processor should be carried out, for my bad luck my notebook died once and for all due to electrical and temperature overload, with that I discovered that my notebook has never been cleaned and the thermal paste has not been changed either. I paid twice for a service that was never performed. I do not recommend the store to anyone, I am very dissatisfied with the service.

I popped in store as I was looking for some advice on setting up my Wacom Cintiq with my PC. I couldnt get it to work so I went in and asked for advice on how to set it up. I showed them some pics of the back of my PC and they knew exctly what I needed. I went home with a new cable and my problem was instantly resolved. I will definitely be using them in the future – very knowledgeable staff and so helpful too!!

Very happy with my repair, I also bought two sticks of ram each totalling 16GB, very happy with the repair and customer service was generally very good. I’m very happy with the computer and the prices were fair. Great place to bring PC to get repaired, just make sure to bring it in during times where it isn’t busy so you can get a fast response. However, I’m extremely happy with the PC
