Evergreen had my 2020 Macbook Air for 6 working days and concluded it required a new motherboard and recommended a new battery at a total cost of ~$800. Not being satisfied that a 4 year old computer dying so prematurely, I connected with Apple and they had me visit an authorized Apple repair shop (London Drugs, 1 block away). After 1.5 hours, I received a phone call that they diagnosed the battery was dead and their test battery solved the issue; nothing wrong with motherboard. I authorized a battery replacement and I’m typing on this computer as we speak; working good as new. After picking up from LD, I popped into Evergreen to let them know the findings. If I proceeded with Evergreens recommendation, I would have lost absolutely everything on this computer (priceless photos, important documents, music etc…) and out ~$800 vs $245. I was sort of surprised I wasn’t offered a refund of the $40 diagnosis fee I paid upfront to Evergreen, as a show of good faith as their diagnosis was incorrect, yet I’m just happy I have a working computer with everything still on it. If you have an Apple computer, I would recommend London Drugs without hesitation.

Recently my gaming box quit (I replaced main drive) and wouldn’t restart. After 2 days of reseating everything and wiggling wires I gave up and took it to Evergreen computers for diagnostics.

By the time I got home they called with a report and an estimate to repair it. I gave the go-ahead and it was done in another 1/2 hour. Very quick turnaround and very fair pricing.

After a week with no computer I’m very pleased with the experience at Evergreen. They will definitely be my go-to PC shop for upgrades in the future.

Just had Alex from Evergreen come to the house to recover a bunch of files for me that I had inadvertently deleted and could not recover. He was efficient, informative and did a great job. Had to telephone him after regarding one slight problem which he corrected remotely. I would recommend Evergreen and Alex to those who need repairs etc.
