I took my iPad in because it wasn’t charging any more. I paid PS150 to have the charging port replaced.

When I got the iPad back, 25% of my screen wasn’t working. They then tried to charge me a further PS255 to replace a screen that wasn’t broken before I gave them my iPad.

I was told part of the reason for them not testing my screen the first time was because they didn’t have my passcode. However, they never asked for my passcode, which as the expert, I would have thought they’d have known to ask me for.

They told me the reason for the screen breaking was because when the charging port burned out, it damagedy screen. I know that wasn’t the case, because the screen was working perfectly on the final charge after the port had broken.

There was no apology, no offer of any money back and generally poor communication. When I was picking up my iPad they asked me if I wanted them to take out the new charging port, but they didn’t explain why or what that would mean.

I won’t trust them with my devices again

My wife needed a new phone screen as her one was cracked, she went to a pop up stall in Peckham the guy told her she needed a new battery as well so she got both done.
From day one the phone was over heating and the screen wasn’t that responsive, then the screen stopped working it was after a few weeks.
I told her I’ll find a place and looked online and found EVERYTHING APOLE.
I explained what happen to the technician and a said he can see the screen was coming away from the phone and the overheating is due to a really cheap battery.
He told me how much a new battery and screen will be, which wasn’t much more then what my wife paid the first time.
I was told it would be about 30 minutes after around 25 minutes I returned and all was done he when though the settings to make sure all was okay.
I also brought a front and rear full body cases for her phone so no more cracked screen I would recommend this place to everyone, the technician was friendly and polite and the shop was clean and well presented.

Dwayne has saved me on numerous occasions. I don’t usually leave reviews but i had to for this shop. The pricing is good and Dwayne really knows his stuff i would highly recommend!!! Im susceptible to getting my apple products wet. Whether that be in the ocean or just spilling a bottle of Evian, Dwayne just seems to bring the item back to life 10/10.
