I first stumbled across Robert when I needed a Line6 Echo Pro repairing, it was destined for the bin as hardly anyone else had even heard of the product – even the manufacturers had been taken over so had nothing to go on. Robert gave it an initial inspection and his year’s of experience meant he was able to bring it back to life at a very reasonable price. It was therefore without hesitation that when my Yamaha RX-V550 started having issues powering up before dying completely it went straight off to him . Once again, Robert has carried out a professional repair. Absolutely excellent communications throughout both repairs and such a handy contact to have for the future. Have known Robert for many years. He first came to our house to help out with my husband Barry’s music system which included Tannoy speakers. He helped and advised when we upgraded the music system and it gave my husband great joy playing his vast collection of Music after his head injury. Sadly he is now in a care home but I wanted to keep all these memories going . I thought the speakers would not be repairable, but Robert was determined to help.
