We ordered a Philips TV (Model 43 PUS 7855 LED TV) during the Black Friday/Week Sale. The TV screen was damaged when delivered to us. We only found this out while unpacking the wrappings. We contacted Expert E-Commerce and they made us send photos of the damaged TV on several occasions before they even proceeded with handling the the problem. They didn’t offer any replacement for the TV. This was really bad, since we bought the TV during Black Friday Sale when many electronics stores were having reduced prices. After that, the prices were expensive again. So only refunding the payment was not good enough. Moreover we got no support from Expert E-Commerce to return the damaged TV. We had to do this ourselves in order to get our refund. All in all, very unprofessional handling of our order/purchase.

Because of the price, I decided to buy at expert.de Sadly, 5 days after the order was done and pay, the wrote to me to cancel the order, while selling it at a higher price. They offer a voucher code of 50eur that didn’t work. When complaining, they say that the don’t have the stock. But I was able to buy a new one.
So or a) They feel they can change the price at any moment.
b) They take first the money and the figure out if they can serve you something.

Anyhow, run away from this scammers.

I ordered a set of earphones, and ohh big surprise, they were never delivered and probably stolen on the way. Now I have to lose my money because I accepted the package to be delivered without my presence like any normal-working person has to do.

Now, your answer is that I have to lose my money because you do not want to support your customers. As E-commerce, you have the responsibility to deliver the product to the end-costumer and not avoid taking liability.
