Returned a laptop bag to the store in Wetzlar on 17.03.2020, the salesperson stated that my son could get a gift certificate. I asked why my son could not get his money back? We were given the response that we should be happy that they accepted the return. Poor attitude from the sales representative in the computer department. Next time we’ll go somewhere else.
Amazing service of the very friendly and competent department leader. We were looking for a minor item but decided to buy a complete new acer i7 PC with curved iiyama monitor and a gaming desk. The deal was great and the boy is happy.

The camera set I bought was incomplete and it took the store more than eight months to deliver the battery and the belt. Friendly staff but poorly organized system.
