I ordered an expensive hair dryer online. They started calling me but I asked to send an email. The email told me to order via a phone call (but I already ordered on the site). I sent an email (it’s not convenient for me to order by phone). But no one answered me, so I called the number that they gave me. As a result, the employee hung up and did not pick it up again. As a result, I ordered a hair dryer online from Media Mark and it came to me in 3 days in a store in Baden with perfect service and no calls.
Bought a product that broke in less then a month putting me in a dangerous situation. I went to the store saying I did not want the product anymore even if they could fix it. They did not accept to return the product and insisted in fixing it. After more then one month they returned the product and I now have a refurbished product when I paid for a new one. And it still does not work 100%. Never coming back to this store.
Ich bin gestern (Samstag) mit meinem Freund ins Octomedia um ein neues Handy zu holen und da bin ich auf den Herr Eisenhaber gestossen. Er hat mir eine sehr gute Beratung gegeben und mir auch einen echt tollen Mobilfunkvertrag angeboten. Vom Charakter her sehr aufmerksam und super freundlich! Hat mich echt gefreut und vielen Dank nochmal. Kann ich jedem empfehlen.
