To begin, I stood alone for almost twenty minutes until the “specialist” arrived. I understand that we are in a relaxed environment in the year 2020, but what kind of sales person conducts business in sweatpants and running shoes?
The part that makes me angry, is that I was going to be paying over 2k euro and the sales person refused to negotiate any kind of discount.
Now I have purchased the items online. I do not have to worry about picking up the items. I saved around 100 euro. Also have free delivery from both online providers.
And they wonder why the local economy is getting worse.
My advice, save tge trip into the Hafen and buy online
What are you going to do when all the old people die off? No one under 25 uses cash these days.
Credit to your employee who made the effort to price match, but your inability to deal with debit cards lost you a 300 euro sale.
