You have to look for the staff to assist you. In the household appliances it took us a long wait then we left without being assisted.
In the electronics department on the other hand, they were right there and assisted us right away. They seem to be knowledgeable although I would have preferred information on different options instead of them picking an item for us. But then, they were helpful and thus minimize contact time, which, in time of a pandemic, is a priority.
