Mark is the best! If no one else can fix it, Mark can! I’m so grateful to him for reviving my daughter’s iphone. I took it to Apple store and they told me they couldn’t do anything or even if they could, it would cost so much, that it wouldn’t be worth it! My daughter was devastated. She had memories of a few years on there. Mark not only fixed the phone, everything is there as if nothing happened!

I asked him for a price to replace the battery and fingerprint sensor in my phone – he said he’d text me in a few hours with a quote.
Three days later he still hadn’t texted me back, so I called him. He said he was waiting for a price from his supplier but he would send me the quote that afternoon.
It’s been a week and a half and I haven’t heard back from him yet. It’s rude to keep people waiting – if you can’t do the repair just say no.
