Sent an iPhone to the shop to fix. After explaining that the iPhone was an import set they still reset the phone and now it is simlocked. The payment has been made in full but they refuse to fix their mistake insisting that the phone must be sent to the original seller. If you can’t fix the phone please say so instead of taking money and making it difficult for people. Scammer
This place deserves 6 stars. I’ve been coming here for a few years with plenty of repairs for my family. Samsung, Iphones, ipads. Service is always super friendly and fast, and the best prices for any service (compare and you will see!), be it for screen repairs, battery replacements etc. Highly recommended!
Phone battery completely gone after screen replacement. They say prove that it happened after repair here but they didn’t give me a receipt or anything for the repair to begin with. It’s likely that they changed my original battery with a fake. Avoid at all costs.
