I bought an apple iPhone 13 Pro from them. They claimed it was brand new. However, it was faulty and I returned it to the shop within 28 days. They kept promising to give me a refund and in the end they declined to do so and lost my returned phone. It has been a year now trying to negotiate with them to either give me a refund or return my phone to me. They are now pretending not to know where the phone is and wouldn’t give me a refund. They are the most untrustworthy people I have ever dealt with. Before this I had fixed my phone with them but when it came to more expensive items, they were totally unreliable and basically stole my expensive iPhone that I purchased from them. I’m now escalating the matter to court to get my money back. Please don’t trust this shop. They are simply thieves.

I attended this shop to repair the back of my iPhone which was cracked. It was well priced and a speedy service.

I left the store and hadn’t mentioned to them that the camera was also smashed. I got home and emailed the store and they replied giving me a discount to fix the camera also.

They went above and beyond for me if I’m honest.

Needed my s21 ultra screen replaced on the same day. After trying many other phone shops, none could do it in the time frame. Not only was it the best price, they did it in 3 hrs with the owner driving an hour to get the replacement screen to do the job. They replaced the entire front ensemble with a brand new Genuine Samsung one. A great shop and would recommend to anyone.
