Don is amazing, more than fair and goes way over and beyond to make sure that people are satisfied and always stands behind his product and services to make sure that his customer is happy. These reviews stating otherwise just do not make sense to me given my long history going to this business. I had my Samsung S21 screen replaced here at a cost of $500. Within a couple of weeks I got a bit of water on my phone. I thought it should be OK since the phones are supposed to be water resistant. It was completely destroyed. I phoned Don and was told he had used 2 way tape to attach the new screen (clearly it did not seal properly). He told me that no phone is water resistant and that he does not guarantee his work so there was no compensation for my loss. I’m very disappointed.

This business did an amazing job on my iPad screen replacement as well as my Samsung S8 repair. The owner was very friendly and gave me the best deal after spending way more hours than expected on my S8 phone. He fixed all the issues and I have had no problems with the phone for months now. I will definitely be recommending them to all my friends and family!
