Had a corrupted M2 operating system drive on my PC. Did not have much hope that it could be cloned to a new drive, but Chris battled away and eventually managed to get everything copied across, (at no extra labour charge) even though it was just before Xmas, (an incredibly busy time for them). When I collected my PC Chris recommended that I should consider installing a small SSD as a scratch drive. I agreed and bought one from him and upon seeing that I was unsure how to set it up, Chris offered to install it for me, ( again no extra charge). I was there for probably about 30 minutes in total and saw interactions with a number of other customers. Absolutely top class service – they go out of their way to try and help everybody. Chris and his team are very knowledgeable, highly trustworthy with advice and very reasonable on price. I would very strongly recommend them to anyone seeking a computer repair or looking to buy a new computer

My fiance bought me a pc for Christmas as a surprise however she was scammed as we went to EX-Tech to see if they could help with our issues. This is 3/4 days before Christmas and they’ve managed to get everything needed to game in her budget. They’ve reassure her it’s not her fault she was scammed and that they’re more than happy to help her especially since it’s so close to Christmas. This has taken so much stress off her and I’m incredibly thankful to them for supporting her and making sure that’s it’s ready for Christmas day
