I am really grateful to Ian who also answered my questions and assisted me in dealing with some easier Windows 7 & 8 systems niggling problems. He listened and helped me through to solutions, filling the gaps in my knowledge of what to do.
It’s an additional plus that they have free easy parking, right out front!

Excellent service and advice. I probably saved around PS700 by getting a new hard drive as opposed to a new machine. My 6 year old sluggish PC is now as fast as it was when new. Dropped off my machine and collected it same day. Local asset that saved me yet another trip over to Currys in Torquay.
Diagnosed and repaired my daughter’s Samsung laptop that she needed for her A level school work. Very quick service and offered either new or reconditioned parts to keep the costs down. Very reasonable repair cost too. Definitely recommended.
