I haven’t actually had anything repaired, but did have cause to contact FW because my daughter’s TV was not getting any power. During the initial Paul suggested it might just be the main power button got switched off. He went away and called me back 10 mins later after looking up the owner’s manual and guided me to finding the buttons (which are located on the rear of the wall-mounted TV – why???). Problem solved, albeit a little embarrassingly for me.

This is the sort of first class customer service that is so hard to find these days. One happy daughter, one red-faced father. Great job.

My god, you know what it’s like when your T.V. goes on the blink, well it happened to me. No more news, movies or sport. Well Paul from came round and fixed my T.V. a few days after i contacted him. He knew exactly what to look for, located 2 problems and within an hour it was as good as new. This was on a Friday evening, which was extra special. After a power cut our 55inch Samsung TV wouldn’t come out of standby, Paul came over to look at the TV and immediately diagnosed the problem, a replacement main board and gave us a price for repair. He took the TV away, repaired it and returned it to us within a couple of days. He was so knowledgeable and helpful and saved us the expense of a new TV, he even fixed an irritating fault with our other TV before he left. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough, brilliant service.
