I took in a PC that was overheating, and they started working on it immediately trying to diagnose any easy to fix issues. It eventually required a full rebuild to replace the cooling. $50 for parts and $150 for labour was very reasonable, especially for the time also spent diagnosing the problem. I highly recommend their service and my PC is running better than when it was new.
These guys were so quick to diagnose the issue with my laptop and even quicker at coming up with a solution. I could not have been happier with the outcome, and most certainly the price of the fix. So much cheaper and better value than anywhere else I had found. They were friendly too. I cannot recommend these guys enough.

Simply brilliant customer service. Head technician Cody promptly assessed the problem in my laptop, proposed a solution, and did not charge! That is old fashioned service. What a wonderful team. Go see them and keep them going here in Canberra.
